Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We offer two convenient ways to return your items:

• By Mail: You can ship the item back to our facility using a carrier of your choice.
• In-Store: If you are local, you may return the item directly to our business location.

5. Restocking Fees

Please note that a flat restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount for all standard returns. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting and repackaging items for resale.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, the restocking fee will be waived, and we will provide a pre-paid return label or a full replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. How to Initiate a Return
